Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our pricing is quote-based and scoped per project rather than sold as fixed packages, refunds and cancellations are handled on a per-engagement basis as defined in each client's project agreement.

General principles

• Any deposit paid to begin work covers project scoping, design, and initial development time already invested.
• If a project is cancelled partway through, we bill only for work completed up to that point.
• Refund terms for any milestone-based payment are set out explicitly in your project agreement before work begins.
